Description Malossi HTQ Primary gear 15/38 – PiaggioMalossi HTQ primary gear set, 15/38 ratio, for Piaggio engines from 08/1998 onwards, compatible with all models using 10" wheels (e.g. Zip).A longer gear ratio shifts engine power to where it’s needed most, assuming the engine delivers the extra output. On heavily tuned engines, extended gearing offers a clear advantage. However, such gearing is not suitable for stock setups.Installation Note: The large gear must be pressed onto the original intermediate shaft.
